Meet the Team

Why Now?

We're at a cultural inflection point

25% of consumers are actively backlashing against brain rot apps, and the desire for real, face-to-face connection has never been louder.

Though the addictive nature of social media is strong, the fracture in the market is real and growing. Entire generations are searching for something better, and the platform that steps into that gap and becomes the essential coordination layer for human connection will define how generations coordinate their lives. That platform is Rndvu.

Why This?

We've lived this problem personally.

Watching plans fall apart in cluttered threads, losing friends to scheduling chaos, and settling for apps that were never built for this.

We're not the only ones. A $100B+ converging market across Event Apps and Community Engagement Platforms tells you the demand is massive, and 15+ fragmented competitors tells you nobody has solved it yet.

We talk to users constantly, and the response is always the same — "Why doesn't this already exist?"

Why Us?

We've spent careers figuring out why groups can't coordinate.

We’ve spent decades inside companies diagnosing exactly why teams and groups fail to coordinate — even when they have every tool available — and we’ve shipped software trusted by businesses where reliability isn't a nice-to-have, it's the requirement.

We're not chasing a trend. We're building the app we wish existed for our own crews — and applying everything we've learned fixing this problem for everyone else.

How we're building this

We think the best moments in life happen when you’re with your people. We got tired of watching those moments slip by in noisy group chats that were all talk and no plan, so we built the thing we wished existed. We want to enable you and your friends to share those meaningful experiences with seamless, event focused forethought in every detail.

Here's what we care about while we build it.

  • Coordinating eight people across four schedules is genuinely hard. We do that work in the background so your group never has to feel it. If it looks easy in the app, that's the whole point.

  • Every product decision starts with the same question: does this help your crew actually get out the door? If the answer is no, it doesn't ship. We're not building a feed. We're building the thing that gets you to Friday night.

  • When you're trying to meet your friends at a trailhead at 6am, "mostly working" isn't good enough. We sweat the boring stuff — accuracy, reliability, synchronization — because that's what makes the fun stuff possible.

  • Every line of code in this app is in service of one thing: more time with your people, less time managing it. We design for connection, and we run the team the same way.

  • Your crew, your plans, your data. We give you the tools and stay out of your way. No algorithms deciding what you should care about. No notifications begging you to come back. Just the group chat your crew actually wants.
